What we buy and don’t buy

We accept all kinds of ferrous and non-ferrous metals including but not limited to;

Ferrous

• Industrial Scrap – Skeletons, Plate, Steel Turnings

• Cast Iron

  • Machinery Grade- motor blocks, brake drums

  • Stove Grade – bathtubs, steam radiators, sewer pipe

• #2 Steel – heavy iron less than 3’ x 18”

• Rough iron - farm machinery, rebar, heavy pipe

• Tin/Wire - culverts, steel bins, cattle panels

• Car bodies

  • Car Body Policy – Tires left on cars and un-emptied gas tanks are subject to waste disposal fees.

• Complete motors – Gas & Diesel engines

• Appliances

  • Appliance Policy – We do accept appliances for recycling; however they have no value at the present time. All refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners must be drained of Freon and the lines must be disconnected. These items will be inspected.

Non-Ferrous Copper – all grades, clean or insulated Brass – plumbing fixtures, sprinklers Radiators – Automotive, Aluminum/Copper, Aluminum, Heater Cores Aluminum – cans, siding, gutters, wheel rims Electric Motors – motors, starters, alternators Stainless Steel – hog crates, sinks, pots, pans Catalytic Convertors Batteries – car, truck, lead acid based only Lead - fishing weights, wheel weights Tin Cans - food cans What we don’t accept Computer Equipment Electronics & TVs Propane & oxygen tanks without an 18” hole Any iron material contaminated with radiation
